blackolive advises K-1 BusinessClub on expansion in Tower185

K-1 BusinessClub GmbH, a renowned Frankfurt business centre provider, is moving into new premises in Tower185, Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 35-37 in Frankfurt. The rental space comprises around 1,380 m² and the lease has been concluded on a long-term basis. With this fourth location, K-1 BusinessClub GmbH is expanding its presence in the metropolis on the Main. The company was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). blackolive is also advising the owner Deka Immobilien as part of a landlord advisory mandate.
