blackolive advises Haus der Bäcker GmbH on the conclusion of a lease agreement

Haus der Bäcker GmbH, one of Germany's most renowned investors in the succession and operation of regional artisan bakeries, is signing a new long-term lease at Oststern, Hanauer Landstraße 121-123, in Frankfurt am Main. The company's office rental space is around 750 sqm. The bakery chain was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). The property is owned by Bayerische Versorgungskammer, whose investment and asset manager is LUWIN Real Estate.

The Oststern, which is prominently located in terms of urban development, offers perfectly fitting and efficient office space. The DGNB Gold certified building, which will be completed in the 4th quarter of this year, is characterised by its expressive façade, spacious entrance area and characteristic building corner. The location in the middle of Frankfurt's trendy Ostend district offers excellent transportation links as well as numerous recreation spots, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
