blackolive advises and brokers for JACKIE & JERRIE in Gateway Gardens

After the successful start to the year, the new building JACKIE & JERRIE at Gateway Gardens, the location for lots of companies, is once again pleased about further growth. The general contractor TSL GmbH, headquartered in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire UK, has chosen the prosperous Gateway Gardens location and is moving into new office rental space of around 355 sqm in the JACKIE component. TSL, a global company, provides turnkey investment projects for clients in the data centre, food and pharmaceutical, high-tech manufacturing and logistics sectors. The lease agreement was concluded on a long-term basis
The tenant was managed by blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, while blackolive also acted as advisor to the owner TOPOS Beteiligungs GmbH in the course of a landlord advisory mandate.
TOPOS Beteiligungs GmbH completed the two "JACKIE & JERRIE" buildings with a total of around 10,000 sqm of lettable office space and a two-storey underground car park with 194 car parking spaces and 24 e-charging stations at the end of 2020. The buildings are certified according to DGNB in the gold category. Both components of the new JACKIE & JERRIE building are connected up to the 2nd floor and offer users of different sizes modern and space-efficient areas. The standard floors are around 700 sqm in size and are suitable for all common space concepts such as open-space, combined and classic cellular office structures, while at the same time offering a high level of space efficiency. In addition, there is the possibility of renting practice space in the in-house medical centre. Currently, approx. 5,820 sqm of rental space is still available.
About Gateway Gardens
Gateway Gardens is the newest district of the city of Frankfurt am Main, located in the direct vicinity of Frankfurt Airport. Its intermodal mobility offer connects Gateway Gardens with destinations within the Rhine-Main region as efficiently as with all international destinations of relevance. On-site congress and hotel capacities make town halls on an international scale possible. At the same time, knowledge-based companies benefit from the direct proximity to numerous universities, technical colleges and institutes in the region, making Gateway Gardens an interesting location for global knowledge management.

The 35-hectare site is being developed by Grundstücksgesellschaft Gateway Gardens GmbH, a consortium of Fraport AG, Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft, OFB Projektentwicklung and the City of Frankfurt.
