BCA AG rents around 1,800m² of office space in the TOWNUS in Oberursel

The nationwide active real estate developer benchmark. REAL Estate (benchmark.), a real estate developer active throughout Germany, has concluded a long-term lease agreement with BCA AG for around 1,800m² of office rental space in its TOWNUS project development in Oberursel. Since its foundation in 1985, BCA AG has been one of Germany's market-leading broker pools. In addition to the parent company, the group of companies includes the securities trading bank BfV Bank für Vermögen AG, CARAT Fonds Service AG, BCA Versicherungsvermittlungsservice GmbH and the IT company asuro GmbH. The BCA Group currently maintains a sales partnership with around 8,500 independent financial service providers. Rolf Schünemann, CEO of BCA AG, explains the decision: "With the new lease, we as a company remain loyal to our headquarters in Oberursel and at the same time offer modern as well as attractively connected office workplaces for our colleagues." 

BCA AG will move into the approximately 13,000m² office building at Frankfurter Landstraße 66 at the end of 2023. This means that more than 60 per cent of the TOWNUS is already let well before completion. In addition to BCA AG, the state of Hesse and FITSEVENELEVEN have already signed long-term leases. The WiredScore-certified building also includes a parking deck with 269 parking spaces, 24 parking spaces in the building's own underground car park and 15 outdoor parking spaces. The location is connected to the city centre of Frankfurt am Main via Frankfurter Landstraße and to the motorway network via the A661. The Oberursel-Bommersheim underground station directly in front of the site and the Oberursel S-Bahn and regional train station just a few minutes' walk away also ensure fast public transport connections.

With its ideal location just outside the city limits of Frankfurt and the Vordertaunus region, the new building is excellently connected and offers high quality in the surrounding area," emphasises Gregor Zehrer, project manager at benchmark.
